You answers to the Selection Criteria should explain how you meet this criteria. If the Selection Criteria asks for experience in a certain skill you should outline your prior experience. Answers to selection criteria are often part sentance part bullet form. For example:

• Question: Do you have experience supervising a team?
• Answer: I have 5 years experience supervising team members. My experience includes:
  • Supervising a 5 person team responsible for coordinating sales of energy drinks across Utah. The role entailed.......
  • Supervising a 10 person team responsible for the accounts of a mid-sized (140 person) bulky good distribution business. Whilst in this role I ...
